The wind was cold and the air was crisp, but that didn't stop 140 young female athletes heading to Waverley Park, home of Hawthorn Football Club – to participate in the official Box Hill Hawks VFL Talent ID Day on Saturday, 26th November, 2016.

The Rookie Me team conducted the athletic performance testing component of this day - to assist the Box Hill Hawks finalise their first official female VFL team.

Congratulations to all the athletes who made this day a great success! We wish you all the best in securing a spot with the Box Hill Hawks for the 2017 season. #BeRecognised #JourneyTo2017 #BrownAndGold
