Dimachki, refers to the RM team as his family; and the athletes, whom are associated with RM as part of his extended family. Therefore, he takes his role and responsibility seriously.

He expresses his passion, “By equipping young people with the right tools in life and presenting them with opportunity, by helping them make great decisions, stay progressive, build a strong foundation and ultimately remain focused on their goals.”

Adham believes the two main areas, which are crucial in the growth and development of young athletes, are as follows:

  • To provide equal opportunity to young athletes, whom would otherwise not receive it; and
  • A regulated consistency, in unbiased performance testing.

Dimachki continues, “The role of education through sports, role models and technology - is assisting the plight to further support young athletes.”

Back to Meatloaf.... the outcome of that memorable halftime performance

Meatloaf halftime at the MCG 2011 GF

Meatloaf (2011) AFL Grand Final

So as promised, back to covering the tough issues in the industry.

Here is a quick update on the Meatloaf saga, as reported by skynews.com.au - Meatloaf officially made an apology (September 2015) regarding his half-time performance at the 2011 AFL Grand Final and has called a truce with the AFL:

'My behaviour was extremely inappropriate, immature, and lacked the respect for the people of Australia and the Australian Football League. Again, I am sorry for my actions and I hope that we can put this matter behind us.'

After revisiting the footage of that Meatloaf performance - it would be safe to say, he would do anything for the love of performing, but he won’t do that (again, hopefully).

Meatloaf stated that he has performed for the NFL and World Football League finals in the past... I guess, "Two Out of Three Ain't Bad."
